Pro-Tip: You've put it together but there's no power to the motor? Follow these quick steps, to make sure that everything is connected as it should be.

1. Loosen the black thumb screw on the handle part of the item and pull out the hexagonal inner tube about 6 inches until the pre cut groove is showing. 
2. Re-tighten the thumb screw locking the pre cut groove out about 4 inches.
3. Completely remove the black thumb screw from the pruner / hedge trimmer attachment.
4. Slide in the hexagonal inner tube until the pre cut groove lines up with where the thumb screw on the pruner / hedge trimmer attachment should go.
5. Insert and tighten the thumb screw for the pruner / hedge trimmer attachment. 
6. Plug in and away you go.
