Returns

We understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item purchased from one of our websites which is why we offer a 30 day return policy for your peace of mind.

In general, if you have ordered the wrong item or have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order you may return the item to us unused and unopened for a full refund within 30 days.

If you have received an item which appears to be faulty or damaged then please contact us immediately so that we can resolve this for you. Unless otherwise stated, all products carry a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase.
